නාට්ය ශාස්ත්ර (සංස්කෘත: नाट्य शास्त्र, Nāṭyaśāstra) යනුවෙන් හැඳින්වෙන්නේ වන් පිළිබඳ වූ සංස්කෘත ග්රන්ථයකි. මෙම ග්රන්ථය වරයා විසින් රචනා කරන ලදැයි පැවසේ. මෙහි පළමු සම්පූර්ණ සම්පාදනය ක්රි.පූ. 200 සහ ක්රි.ව. 200 අතර කාලයට අයත් යැයි විශ්වාස කෙරේ. නමුත් ඇතැමුන් මෙය ක්රි.පූ. 500 සහ ක්රි.ව. 500 අතර කාල පරාසයේ ලියැවෙන්නට ඇතැයි සඳහන් කොට තිබේ.
